How long does it takes to process my order?
The processing time varies for the products / services you have ordered. Typically, we will try to complete the order within the following time frame:
- Products (Software licenses) : 24-48 hours
- Server Admin : 24-36 hours
- Server Migration : Varies (typically 1-2 days)
- Dedicated Server Provision : 24 hours
All products will be delivered to your registered email during your order submission. Please ensure your email accounts are correctly spelled to avoid any delay. Server Admin work will be completed within 36hours upon we have received the correct login details from you. If there should be any delay for the server admin task, you will be notified via support tickets. We can't guarantee a time for server migration task as it depends on the migration works involved.
Dedicated server will be provision upon we receive FULL payment for your order. Until then, it will not be processed.
