The server is installed with MySQL the latest 5.1.x. While we try to troubleshoot if it is coming from the MySQL server or the WHMCS installation itself, it came up that is due to the MySQL strict mode has been enabled. Disabling the strict mode and restart your MySQL server will get your installation goes through successfully.
